Message from the head of our company:
Adin started back in 1985 when an existing alarm company in the west end of the GTA was bought from a person not as committed to the operations or need of the service as I was. Starting in security systems, we added network cabling, CCTV and access control then locksmithing and have continued to grow into a multi-area installation & service company with a passion for looking forward & planning expandability into everything we can as we support our client’s needs. Newest to our interests, solar power and improved power storage solutions. We started installing remote solar powered cameras to record construction site projects for Time-Lapse marketing tools and spot view/live streaming where power was not readily available. The next stage will be building solar arrays to save on ever growing hydro costs. Keep an eye open on our solar page for developments especially in battery storage.

Responsibility
We believe, because we are very diverse, when you call us to resolve an issue or move/change your present site, you will rarely have to call anyone else to get the job done. I remember hearing at one of my client’s locations about a situation that we took over and fixed. They had an issue with connectivity that turned out to be in 2 places but not obvious. Because we took the initiative to manage end-to-end, we found multiple issues between the keyboard/mouse at the computer and the LEC service and got the appropriate resolutions completed in a timely manner. Result, happy client because they didn’t have to chase after several people to get the fix done. Not much more frustrating than hearing “Well my stuff works” and hearing that again and again from each part in the loop yet you are still down or offline. That convinced us to keep at what we do best, making as many of your systems work within one call taking the stress of follow up off your plate.

Welcome to a better option with Adin.ca.
Adin.ca is in the middle of a small reorganization that will continue to improve its focus relating to our services offered & how we manage them. With several developments recently, our strengths are improving as our client base builds.
We will be adding updated information & functionality to our web site eventually allowing more interaction between our clients and our field resources. Features like more actively using our current service email to receive service requests as well as our existing phone attendant with its options. This will help manage service tickets more effectively.
Adin.ca continues to develop new connections with associates and Outsource providers needing techs like ourselves, service techs & contractors that will further expand our capabilities & eventually our volume capability and coverage areas. We continue to train and grow in our capabilities, the latest is Solar & high efficiency storage solutions.
Working towards the “One Call, One Responsibility” format, we are trying to simplify your business needs so you have less contacts to manage to resolve growth opportunities or issues as they come up within your infrastructure that we already manage or are about to as you become an Adin client and we continue to grow. Our goal is to make your time to resolution shorter with less effort on your part which will result in better efficiency levels for all.
